We are TSXchangeMLS (TSXMLS), dedicated to providing a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for Licensed Real Estate Professionals specializing in the resale of timeshare. The TSXMLS stream of Real-Time Data will provide Real Estate Professionals with an interactive, 24/7, timeshare inventory information system.

TSXMLS was designed by Licensed Real Estate Professionals for Licensed Real Estate Professionals.

We advise the members to abide by a Code of Ethics and a Standards for Professionalism as recommended by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). We also encourage members to join NAR.
